Requisition Number: xxxx Job Title: Wealth Management Sales Officer Area of Interest: Sales City: Albany State: New York Requirements: Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience * 5-7 Years experience in sales or business development role focusing on high net worth clients * Broad knowledge of investments, banking and trust concepts including trust and estate products and identification of wealth planning opportunities * Ability to build strong peer relationships * Adaptability and flexibility in changing situations Job Description: Overview: This individual will focus on selling trust and investment services to high net worth individuals by generating their own leads and networking with various sources. Will be expected to meet revenue goals and manage the sales process through closure. Key Responsibilities * Assist Sales Manager in executing sales strategies and meeting department goals. * Network within the professional community to generate leads * Call on prospective corporate clients to develop new business * Prepare wealth management sales presentations and proposals, explaining the various services offered and referring appropriate clients and prospects. * Partner with other representatives to market wealth management services, keeping representatives abreast of current products and services * Must adhere to pertinent laws, regulations, First Niagara’s Compliance Policy and external compliance requirements.
