Real Estate Paralegal - (Albany) in Albany, New York For Sale

Currently we are recruiting for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal for a client in downtown Albany. This is a full time, permanent opportunity. Perform title & survey reviews, prepare real estate related documents, etc. Experience with large commercial closings helpful, and additional corporate paralegal skills a plus. (must have commercial or residential real estate experience; commercial preferred). Candidate must be highly organized, possess the ability to prioritize, be a team player, & have excellent written & verbal skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office a must. College degree and/or paralegal certificate required & 3+ years of experience preferred. This position also requires overtime and some travel to NYC for closings. (paid)
