In this role, your clients will be companies that are looking to buy or sell commercial real estate and they will rely on you to walk them through the process. Buying and selling commercial property is a daunting process, so companies need expert advice from commercial real estate agents on how to sell their property quickly and profitably and then how to find a property that meets their needs. This position requires stellar communication skills.
