Job Description
~We are seeking subcontractors for consistent maintenance and repairs on vacant bank owned homes/properties.
Services include (not limited to):
• Grass Cuts/Snow Removal
• Lock Changes
• Winterizations
• Debris Removal/Trash Outs
• Construction Repairs
• Light Cleaning/Maid Service
As a subcontractor, you must have your own vehicle, computer, printer, & smart phone to take upload pictures. You'll also need your own tools, locks, lawn mower, generator, plow, and any other tools necessary to complete work orders. Must be able to pass a background check & must carry your own general liability insurance.
