Project Mgr or Asst Project Mgr - Commercial Construction - Robert Half Finance & Accounting in Albany, New York For Sale

Mid sized construction company in the Albany area is seeking a Project Manager or Asst Project Manager (based on experience) due to growth. This is a stable and growing firm with low employee turnover that has been in the area for over 20 years. Responsibilities include: all aspects of project management for commercial construction projects ranging from $50k to over $10mm; working closely with superintendents to ensure projects are accurate, on time and within the projected budget; working with multiple external vendors; handling multiple projects at once; working with clients to ensure projects are going as planned; assist the estimating department as needed; assist other project managers on work overflow and various projects; have the ability to wear many hats; and various other tasks as assigned. This role will report to the VP of Project Management. At the present time, this company is only considering local candidates and candidates with ties to Upstate NY (i.e. family in the area, grew up in the capital region, etc).
