Sr. HR Responsibilities: This position will effectively work with regional HR leaders for corporate functions of IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal and Communications for the Americas. This position will have two direct reports, while influencing 450 employees withinthe functions. Global exposure leading complex HR Business Partner strategies workforce planning.
Provide HR leadership and partnership for multiple organizations in the region to drive business objectives through high performing talent. Provide global HR leadership for functions led from the region. Collaborate with senior leaders for business units and/or corporate functions. Give guidance to HR business partner team to provide effective HR support and leadership to client groups.
Translate client business strategy into HR strategy and initiatives to make individual and team performance a competitive advantage through talent selection, engagement, and development. Contribute to the HR strategy and priorities for the region.

Provide leadership, development, and coaching to HR business partner teams. Drive individual goals and priorities consistently with overall HR and business priorities.
Manage the budget for the HR organization to contribute to cost effectiveness.
Sr. HR Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years of Human Resource experience (with at least 5 of management responsibility).
Ability to coach and manage teams and run a department; experience in leading teams preferred
• Experience working in matrix organizations and influencing across cultures
• Experience leading cross functional projects and establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior level management
• Ability to develop relationships and influence senior level business leaders
• Proven experience working independently/autonomously
• Strong Change Management skills
• Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and to adapt to changing requirements in a fast paced environment
